Ingredients:

• 1 Golden Delicious apple, peeled, cored and chopped

• 1 c Lakewood apple juice

• 4 apricots, fresh, pitted -skin optional

• 1 banana; peeled • 3/4 c plain or vanilla nonfat yogurt

 • 10 ice cubes, up to 12 cubes

• 1 Tbsp. honey Procedure:Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

Ingredients: 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill White Rice Flour ½ cup Bob’s Red Mill Rice Bran 2 tablespoons baking powder ½ tablespoon baking soda 1 teaspoon Bob’s Red Mill Sea Salt 1¾ cup milk or 1½ cup low fat yogurt 4 large egg whites, well beaten Procedure:Sift dry ingredients together. Combine milk or yogurt and egg whites and add to flour mixture. Fold in just until blended. Pour batter onto hot griddle sprayed with vegetable oil cooking spray. Cook until underside is nicely browned. Turn and brown other side.

Ingredients: • 500g Schär Mix A flour mix for cooking • 125 g butter, • 60 ml. (1/4 cup) milk, • 5 eggs. Procedure: Mix together all the ingredients until a smooth and homogeneous batter is formed. Pour the batter into a round spring-form mould with a greased base and bake at 185° C. for about 50 minutes.

Ingredients: • 200 g of old Schär Pan Carré • 4 eggs • 50g of leeks • 1 bunch of parsley • 1 chilli pepper • 3 tablespoons of olive oil • Salt. Procedure: Slice the leek and the chilli pepper and fry for a few minutes in a frying pan with a little oil. Add around 1 litre (2 pints) of water and leave to cook. Mix in the eggs and copped parsley and continue to stir until the sauce thickens. Remove from the heat. place the bread slices into 4 dishes (preferably ceramic) and pour the hot sauce over the top.

Ingredients: • 400 g Spaghetti Schär • 500 g of ripe tomatoes • 1 bunch of fresh basil • A little parsley • 5 tablespoons of large Pickled capers • 1 glass of olive oil • Salt • Pepper • chili powder to taste. Procedure: Chop the tomatoes into small pieces and clean and cop the basil and parsley. Clean and chop up the capers. Place all the ingredients into a bowl, pour on the oil, season and chill for around an hour. Cook the pasta and pour the sauce over it whilst hot.

Ingredients: •60 g Schar Muesli •4 scoops of fruit-flavoured (or other) ice cream. Procedure: Mix the slightly-softened ice cream together with the muesli. Place in the freezer again for a few minutes before serving.
