Our Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix is wheat free, dairy free, whole grain and can be made without eggs. It’s quite easy to prepare. Just add eggs (or substitute flaxseed meal for a vegan crust), water and olive oil. The mix contains a yeast packet and bakes up like a real wheat crust.
The texture and taste of this crust is fantastic! It’s crispy and chewy and has the wonderful yeast flavor of a wheat crust. Try adding a little basil, oregano, garlic, or finely chopped rosemary to the mix to expand the flavor palate.
