Bread made from whole meal rye flour, with its rich fiber content, typical intense aroma and dark color, also known as black bread. Made without oil and low in fat, it is an excellent alternative to wheat bread. Ideal for bruschetta and canapés, as a base for creams and compotes for a novelty break.
