Organic Italian Roasted & Ground Barley (500g)

Ideal at any time of day to replace coffee for both adults and children as it is naturally free of theine and caffeine. Try it in addition to milk or vegetable drinks, to make them tastier!

It can be used directly in the orziera, or in the mocha by filling the filter at least 1/3. It is also prepared by boiling 2 teaspoons of barley per cup of water for a few minutes and letting it rest for 3-5 minutes before filtering. The result is a pleasant hot drink with a strong taste, naturally caffeine-free.
