Lalga Kombu (Laminaria ochroleuca) has a brown color, is harvested by hand and dried at a low temperature (within 38C °). Its texture is fleshy and crunchy, with a strong flavor. It should be rehydrated and cooked for 20 minutes as a side dish for main courses or added as an ingredient in the cooking of: soups, stews, croquettes, omelettes, pasta, rice, cous cous. Excellent to add when cooking legumes.
