Rice cakes are obtained by hot-pressing rice grains. Thanks to this method of production, the rice nutritional characteristics are preserved and the result is a light and sweet-smelling product. The rice cakes by Rice&Rice, naturally yeast-free, are also gluten-free guaranteed as indicated by the crossed-out ear of wheat shown on the packaging. This variant without salt can also be used to spread jams and sweet creams on them.
