Amaretti cookies were invented in Italy in the Middle Ages. It goes well with strong freshly brewed coffee, ideal for business breaks for coffee. The name Amaretto comes from the main ingredient of cookies - marzipan. Amaretto is used as a complement to traditional Italian desserts.
Ingredients: Sugar, apricot kernels - 20%, egg whites, pasteurized - 18%, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate), natural flavoring. May contain traces of wheat, milk, almonds.
