With high oleic sunflower oil with sourdough, Reduction in content of salt is at least 30 % compared to selled crackers in Italy. The fragrance and the taste of our crackers result from leavening 24 hours.

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, sunflower oil, acidity regulator: sodium bicarbonate, sourdough 0,6% (WHEAT and BARLEY), salt 0,5%, malted BARLEY flour, brewer's yeast, olive natural flavouring. May contains: SOY, SESAME, MUSTARD.
