Gluten Free Bread Mix (1kg)

Just add water, brewer's yeast, extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of joy and the bread is ready and good to taste within an hour. The dough can be made by hand or using a bread machine.

Ingredients:

Corn starch, rice flour, tapioca starch, sugar, psyllium fibers, salt, thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; yeast extract.

May contain traces of mustard , soy and sesame .
