Ingredients: Water, maize starch, rice flour, soy protein , canola oil, seeds 8.5% (sunflower, flaxseed, pumpkin seeds), thickeners (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, xanthan gum), psyllium fiber, glucose, yeast, salt, buckwheat flour, apple extract, acidity regulator: sodium diacetate. May contain traces of sesame .

Product packaged in a modified atmosphere. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume the bread within 48 hours or freeze it. Best before: the date is indicated by the lot on the side.
