The Mix for Bread with Wholemeal Flour Nutrifree is a balanced blend of selected ingredients with a low sugar content , enriched with buckwheat flour and rice bran .

Ideal for preparing bread, focaccia and other wholemeal baked goods with a rustic flavour

Ingredients:

Corn starch, rice flour, wholemeal buckwheat flour 10.5%, tapioca starch, sugar, rice bran 3%, psyllium fibres, salt, thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; yeast extract.
