Organic Coconut Sugar (250g)

Dragon organic coconut sugar is natural sugar.  It is extracted from the nectar contained in the coconut colors. They are cut off and a translucent juice is leaked from them, which is heated to evaporate the water content. A thick syrup is formed which, upon cooling, forms crystals. Coconut sugar  is a natural sweetener rich in amino acids, minerals and B vitamins . It has a low glycemic index.
