Organic Ramen Noodles (250g)

Probios Ramen Noodles are wheat noodles ideal for Asian style soups, such as the famous Japanese ramen. They have a delicate but characteristic taste of oriental preparations. Cook them in 4 minutes in unsalted boiling water over low heat, or leave them to soak in hot water not brought to a boil (70-80 °) for about 10 minutes, covered. Once drained and passed under cold water, dip them in the broth previously prepared for your homemade ramen soup! Available in 250g format. Also try the Wok Noodles version to stir-fry.
