Probios organic spelled flour is produced with spelled grown in Italy, of the ancient "Spelta" variety already cultivated in Roman times. The integral version, with high fiber content, gives the products a strong, marked taste, a color and a more rustic appearance. Suitable for bread making, in the preparation of bread, bread sticks, flat breads, pizzas and for sweet products. All Probios flours are packaged in a protective atmosphere in order to maintain their organoleptic qualities unaltered over time.
