Shirataki noodles, known in Japan since the 7th Century, have just been upgraded for the 21st. This Ready To Eat Rice made from the same recipe as the Buddhist Monks used all those years ago, 97% water and 3% Konjac Plant Flour, is precooked and vacuum sealed for 21st Century convenience.

Ingreadients : Water ,Konjac Flour ,Citric Acid (Note: Citric acid is not in the rice but in the water, rinsing the rice will get rid of it.)
