- 1/4 cup “Bob’s Red Mill” Hemp Protein Powder
- 3/4 cup sliced Peaches
- 1/2 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp “Bob’s Red Mill” Oat Bran Cereal or Organic Oat Bran Cereal
- 1 tsp “Great Northern” Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Milk
Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
