For topping


1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until well combined.

3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

4. Mix in the lime zest and lemon juice, followed by the milk.

5. Gradually add Bob's Red Mill flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix until the batter is smooth.

6. In a separate bowl, add the blueberries with a little baking powder and baking soda.

7. Gently fold the blueberries into the cake butter.

8. Pour the mixture into the prepared cake Mould.

9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.

10. While the cake is baking, prepare the topping by mixing brown sugar, flour, and butter until crumbly.

11. Once the cake is done, take it out of the oven and evenly sprinkle the topping over the cake.

12. Let the cake cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your delicious Blueberry Muffin!
