• Ingredients:
• 150g Digestive biscuits
• 60g melted butter
• 2 pieces Kiri cheese
• 2 tbsp cream
• 1/2 cup liquid whipping cream
• 2 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
• 2 tbsp. sweetened condensed milk
• 1 tbsp. lemon zest
• Strawberry jam
• Preparation:
• Start by blending the biscuits with the melted butter in a food processor.
• Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a pan to form the crust.
• In a blender, add the whipping cream, cream, and sweetened condensed milk.
• While blending, add the cheese.
• Add the gelatin powder and continue blending until you get a thick cream.
• Gently pour the second layer over the biscuit base and refrigerate for 6 hours.
• Top with strawberry jam and serve chilled.
