Ingredients:
150g Digestive biscuits
60g melted butter
2 pieces Kiri cheese
2 tbsp cream
• 1/2 cup liquid whipping cream
2 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp. sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp. lemon zest
Strawberry jam
Preparation:
Start by blending the biscuits with the melted butter in a food processor.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a pan to form the crust.
In a blender, add the whipping cream, cream, and sweetened condensed milk.
While blending, add the cheese.
Add the gelatin powder and continue blending until you get a thick cream.
Gently pour the second layer over the biscuit base and refrigerate for 6 hours.
Top with strawberry jam and serve chilled.
