Ingredients: 

-1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour (200g)
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-1 tsp cornstarch
-1/4 tsp salt
-10 Tbsp unsalted butter, room temp (141g)
-2/3 cup light brown sugar, packed (142g)
-1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp granulated sugar (75g)
-1 egg, room temp
-1 tsp vanilla
-1/2 cup chocolate chips (85g)
-1/4 cup holiday sprinkles (40g)
-1/4 cup white chocolate chips (45g)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Mix in the egg and vanilla.
5. Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
6. Fold in the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and sprinkles.
7. Press the dough evenly into the pan. Add a few extra chocolate chips and sprinkles on top.
8. Bake for 24–28 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden and the center looks set. Do not overbake.
9. Let cool in the pan for at least 1 hour before lifting out and slicing.
