Ingredients: 
-1 cup Bob’s Red Mill organic rolled oats or protein rolled oats
-2 cups milk (plus 4-6 Tbsp more)
-1 Tbsp brown sugar
-1 Tbsp maple syrup
-1/4 tsp cinnamon
-1/4 tsp vanilla
-Pinch of salt

Instructions: 
1. In a small saucepan, bring the milk to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and pour in the oats. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and have absorbed most of the liquid, about 10 minutes. Add 4-6 Tbsp more of milk, remove from heat, cover and let it sit for 2-3 minutes.
2. Stir in brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
3. Serve in a bowl and add toppings of choice.
