Ingredients:
• Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
• Blend 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese until smooth.
• In a bowl, mix blended cottage cheese with 1 cup Gluten Free 1:1 Baking Flour, 3 tsp baking powder & 1 tsp salt until a dough forms.
• Transfer to a floured surface, knead 10-12 times, then divide into 4 equal balls.
• Roll each ball into a 6-inch rope, join the ends, and pinch to seal.
• Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle on your favorite toppings (we love everything bagel seasoning) and bake for 25-30 min until golden brown.
• Let cool for a full 15 min before slicing. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
