- 250 g of blueberries
- 150 g of natural vegetable yogurt
- 100 ml of Bio Coconut Drink
- 70 g of agave syrup
- juice of ½ lime
- Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend until combined.
- As you pour the mixture into the popsicle molds, be careful not to pour too much froth along with the liquid, otherwise you’ll end up with an air-filled popsicle once it’s frozen!
- Move to the freezer for at least 5 hours, or until completely frozen.
